Green Market station; An array of sautéed, grilled, roasted
& blanched local seasonal produce handpicked at Nashville's and surrounding
farmer's markets with Strawberry pecan spinach salad & sliced floral fruit

of classic toppings, Premium shrimp cocktail (huge 16/20 piece per pound,
with sauce), Oysters Rockefeller & parmesan crab stuffed mushrooms
Pasta station; Italian sausage, meatballs, chicken,
parmesan, mozzarella, fontina, garlic, onion, mushroom, tomatoes, olives,
basil & thyme displayed & sautéed live with choice of penne, angel hair
or fettucine pastas and choice of marinara, alfredo or pesto sauces, accompanied
by crusty Italian bread & garlic knots.
Omelet station; perfect brunch or late night sauté station
with vintage cafe ingredients, hashbrown casserole, sausage gravy, biscuits
& brown sugar bacon
Prime rib station; classic slow roasted whole prime carving
station, Au Jus, fresh horseradish, assorted rolls & croissants, steak house
sautéed mushrooms & twice baked potato casserole.
Grilled cheese station; Gloucester with Onions & Chives,
sharp cheddar, Flaming jack, aged gouda & brie on Italian, whole wheat,
oatmeal & sourdough breads with an array of sophisticated toppings & Espresso

Taqueria Station; build tacos with organic beef & charcoal
grilled chicken, sautéed veggies of pablano, sweet bell peppers, red onion
& charred corn. Featuring our famous mango habanero salsa, unadulterated
guacamole, refried beans, olives, habaneros, jalapeños, serranos, sour cream,
shredded lettuce, chipotle aioli, fresh fried chips & butter sautéed quesadillas
